SureLinx 8100c

Our SkyWave Internal Partners - More SkyWave Products

Inmarsat Global Network & Local network coverage.

The SkyWave products have been specifically re-designed to collaborate with our existing GPS Tracking Portal .Local communication data networks such as Next G & GPRS covers most areas however there are large remote areas and pockets with in Australia were this network is not operational. To cover these remote areas we use an extra communication network provider  the  Inmarsat communication satellite. This will allows for data transition any where in the world. .

SureLinx 8100c

The Surelink 8100c has also been designed to cater for those who work outside the generic standard of mobile cellular network coverage. These include extensive rural companies such as miners and farms. The Surelink 8100c is both equipped with an Inmarsat Satellite module and a High Quality GSM module used in our Fleet & Stealth Devices, thus meaning that when the unit is in reach of cellular coverage it will switch between the two networks, customers can choose to allocate individual reporting times for when on each connection medium to help reduce cost and improve reporting layouts

SureLinx 8100c, like the SureLinx 8100, is a dual-mode satellite/cellular terminal that combines cost savings with complete global coverage. In addition to all SureLinx 8100 functionality, this terminal features programming capabilities and industry-standard interfaces, which include C-programming capability and CANbus integration among others.

An on-board computer (OBC) with a C-programming environment, RTOS and API library enables rapid development of sophisticated applications. This product also includes an industry-standard RS232 interface for text-messaging applications, an RS485 interface for connecting to sensor networks that use protocols like Modbus, and CANbus interfaces for monitoring on-board messages from CAN, J1939, and other vehicle communication buses.

 FEATURES:

On-Board Computer (OBC)

A C-programming environment enables rapid development of sophisticated applications.

CANbus/J1939 Interface

Create telemetry applications that tap into the vehicle data bus for real-time information.

RS-485 Interface

Use in applications that require connections to sensor networks that use protocols like Modbus.

Fully Integrated Satellite/Cellular Capabilities

Provide global coverage and reduced operational costs by intelligently delivering data messages using lowest-cost network.

Two-Way Communication

Report data by schedule or events, request instant GPS location, monitor status of local sensors or change device reporting intervals.

Low Message Latency

Enjoy immediate communication to and from the asset. No long delays.

Geofencing Capabilities

Identify areas of interest and program special reporting intervals based on location.

Sensor Ports (Digital and Analog I/Os)

Monitor and control local devices such as distress buttons, tamper sensors, volumetric meters or text messaging terminals; detect power failures; or report when machinery is activated.

Over-the-Air Programming Capability

Make quick and easy terminal configuration changes according to shifting business needs, reduce downtime and minimize travel and labor costs.

Customizable and Easy Programming Interface

Get to market faster and create unique solutions.

Optional GLONASS

Integrated GLONASS capability addresses regulatory requirements without the costs of using an external GLONASS module.

Global Coverage Based on Inmarsat IsatM2M Service

Provide a global solution that operates over land and sea and includes automatic ocean region switching capabilities.
